Established in 1992, Alpha Pacific Navigation Pte Ltd is a Pacific-based maritime recruitment and crewing company dedicated to connecting qualified Pacific Island seafarers with international shipping opportunities.

For more than three decades, we have built our reputation through strong relationships with seafarers, shipping companies and maritime partners. Our experience gives us a deep understanding of the Pacific maritime workforce and the standards and requirements of the international shipping industry.

We recruit and place seafarers across a range of ranks and experience levels, from cadets and ratings to experienced officers. We focus on matching the right people with the right opportunities, taking into consideration qualifications, experience, certification and the specific requirements of our clients.
